Do you still have baby inside Mommy?

Now that it's been 7 weeks, it's time to do some serious exercising. I've lost 15 lbs from pumping, but I still have 10 lbs to go on top of the 10 lbs from the first pregnancy. My stomach still looks like I'm 5-6 months pregnant. I hate that in-between stage where you can't wear your regular clothes, but the maternity clothes are too big. I seriously don't want to be wearing maternity clothes when I go back to work in 5 weeks. Last Friday we went to the mall and I decided to get a quick 10 minute massage. The guy at the table asked me to fill out a pregnancy form! I looked at him and told him I just gave birth 6 weeks ago and this is all baby fat. He was so embarassed and apologized! Even Nathan keeps asking if there's still a baby inside of me. I know it takes a while to lose the weight since it took 9 months to put the weight on, but it's so depressing when you see celebrities like Angelina Jolie have good genes and lose the weight within weeks by not doing any exercise.

Kaitlyn is eating very well these days and is chunking up compared to Nathan. One major difference we noticed between our two is their poops. Nathan hardly ever pooped and when he did, it wasn't that messy. Kaitlyn's on the other hand are quite explosive and "soupy" and sticky. She poops every 2-3 days and we always brace ourselves. She poops so much that it sometimes comes out onto her stomach (one time, it went onto her umbilical cord b4 it fell off). I'm scared what her poop will be like once I stop giving her breastmilk, which I'm hoping to continue for 6 months instead of 4 months with Nathan. Nathan had major constipation once he started drinking formula exclusively. Whenever she poops she's in so much pain and cries hysterically...lucky for me, I designated Dan as the poop diaper changer!

yes, i've heard from others that girl-poop is messier than boy poop. bummer for me :)
it gets more solidified after eating real food, so not as explosive and everywhere, so don't worry.

and don't worry about the weight! i lost the majority of my weight after 3 months. breastfeeding continues to help burn it off later, too.

once every 2-3? really? wow, N went at least once a day. and he still goes 1-3 times a day. yuck! isn't it funny how poo becomes such a point of contention for parents? :)

as for weight, it took me 5 months and lived in my maternity clothes all that time. and i still 10 left that i've decided to just keep under my belt. ;) i'm sure it'll come off esp with you pumping. hang in there!

Well, I'm 3 months post-partum and I still look like I'm 6 months pregnant. I'm trying not to stress the weight b/c it's 4 years of baby weight. The problem of not worrying is that I've developed a sweet addiction.

I wouldn't stress too much... with going back to work and running after 2 little ones... it'll melt right off. :)

runny poop is no fun. Luckily finally, I have a baby that the poop is not so runny. So no oozing accidents... (crossing fingers)

Post a new picture of Kaitlyn... I want to see her plump.

Wow! Only 2-3 days? Jonathan goes 2 or 3 times a day! Josh is usually poop changer when he gets home since he misses it during the day:) Don't worry about the weight... it will continue to come off as you pump. I'm still working on weight from Caleb and and the years afterwards. I wore maternity clothes for months after I had Caleb when I went back to work. Don't worry.

Caleb just asked me the other day if there was a baby in my belly! Oh and then he said he wanted another one in my belly!
